The resolution in pixels is great, but, probably due to an old version of the xvid encoder and also to the low bitrate, the image is pretty bad (bad for a dvdrip). It shows a lot of mosquito artefacts, and crude blocking when the screen content moves.
BUT the story is intriguing and well acted. I was absorbed by the witty dialogue.
After watching it I went to imdb to give it 8 or 9 points. When I found out that this is based on a true story (the story of David Hampton of 1983 New York) I gave it 9 points and even considered ten.
To enjoy this film you should to be able to enjoy language.

I have to correct my self slightly in terms of image quality. There is almost no visible blocking. Only pronounced mosquito artefacts, as I already mentioned.
